(1) Before starting the gasoline generator, place the speed control handle in the lowest position, open the choke valve, and pull the engine dry 4-5 times (more times in cold weather in winter) to lubricate the internal parts of the gasoline engine. And remove the remaining waste in the cylinder.
(2) Turn on the throttle switch of the gasoline generator, gently press the oil detection rod on the carburetor, and wait until the gasoline overflows from the oil detection hole. However, do not press the oil detection rod hard continuously to avoid damaging the float.
(3) Properly control the opening of the choke and throttle valve of the gasoline generator carburetor. Due to the different operating conditions of each model, the openings of the choke and throttle are not only the same.
(4) Gently pull the gasoline generator rope a few times to the compression position (the point of maximum resistance), hold the rope handle tightly, step on the frame with one foot, take a step with the other foot, and start the rope with force. The machine starts. For old machines, the starting knot should be stuck outside the gap of the starting wheel, and wrapped around the starting wheel 2-3 times in a clockwise direction. After starting, pull the rope to disengage the machine and put it back into the tool box. New engines all use a return-type pull rope to start, that is, after starting by holding the pull rope handle, the pull rope will automatically retract into the rope groove.
(5) After starting the gasoline generator, open the choke valve appropriately. After the standby parts are well lubricated and the temperature rise is normal, gradually increase the speed and fine-tune the main oil needle according to the operating conditions. If the muffler is "shooting" and the speed is unstable, or even when the engine is shut down, the main oil needle should be opened larger. When the muffler emits smoke and the speed is unstable, the main oil needle should be appropriately turned down to stabilize the speed.
(6) After receiving the power transmission notice and confirming that there will be no mistaken power supply, that is, when all switches are in the off position, first close the automatic load switch on the distribution box of the gasoline generator set (from "OFF" to "close" "ON", then plug in the AC output plug, and finally close the double-pole double-throw switch on the wall switch board and turn it to the generator side). After power supply, the corresponding voltage and frequency changes should be made according to the changes in voltage and frequency when the user load increases or decreases. Adjust to avoid impactful electrical loads. The unit can operate stably.
